FOUR PAWS UK; 2022 so far
A lot has been achieved for animal welfare so far this year, but there is so much more we want to achieve, and we need your help!
Taking action to ensure a safer future for animals means we’ve got a lot to do and are always on the move. As we rapidly approach August, we’re taking a moment to revisit all that has been achieved for animals since the year began.

What's next?
Looking back, it’s been an eventful start to the year, but this is just the beginning!
We have so much we still want to achieve before the year is out, including:
- Calling on you to help us #EndTheCageAge once the Government launches the consultation on the caging of laying hens
- Securing bans on the import and sale of fur, foie gras and hunting trophies
- Working with coalition partners to improve the Government Buying Standards for food and ensuring meat reduction and animal welfare are considered in public sector procurement
- Encouraging fashion brands to adopt animal-friendly textile policies
- Continuing to rescue and protect animals across the world
